- Sonos bluetooth speakers in every room, controllable via smartphone
- Hue smart lights that let you change the color (reds, blues and beyond) of every light in the home from either your phone or the wall switches – perfect for entertaining!

- Stocked kitchen with high-end appliances and all essentials, including 3+ coffee machines (Nespresso espresso machine, Nespresso coffee machine and more)
- Original art by notable artists, including a six-foot-tall neon sculpture
- Walking distance from many of Charleston’s best bars and restaurants (see below)
- Blackout curtains in every room for uninterrupted sleep
- Amenities designed with remote workers, travel nurses and corporate executives in mind for 30+ day, long term stays

Please note: Due to damage caused by a previous pet, dogs are no longer allowed.

The Neighborhood:
Hue House is located in Charleston’s Eastside – a soulful, up-and-coming neighborhood in the heart of downtown. It’s a 10-minute walk to upper King Street restaurants like The Ordinary and The Darling. Plus, you're just 1–5 minutes from:
- Live music venues: The Commodore, Tobin’s Market
- Cafés: City Lights, Mercantile & Mash at the Cigar Factory
- Restaurants: Big Bad Breakfast, Rappahannock Oyster Bar
- Cocktail bars: Last Saint, Dalila's
- Pickle Ball Courts: Courts in Martin Park
- The home is in front of Charleston’s oldest park, which is lively during the day with people BBQing and using the basketball courts, but is quiet and peaceful at night.

- Security Deposit (2+ month stay): 1 full month’s rent

Other Things To Note:
Our Housekeeping Team members clean and sanitize all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, countertops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches. The quality of disinfectants we use should remove 100 percent of the microscopic organisms on surfaces, and effectively stop the spread of disease and viruses. Linens and towels are laundered offsite at our linen facility. There is no evidence to suggest that this particular coronavirus will survive the wash chemistry and temperatures in the wash and dry process. All soiled linens are treated as if they are contaminated.
Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of coronavirus.
